I wasn't always great at knowing what employers were actually looking for. I went to interview after interview and missed out more times than I'd like to admit. By the time I finally landed an apprenticeship, I was a mature-aged apprentice — years behind where I probably could've been.
It wasn't until I was working in local government that a HR rep introduced me to the STAR method during training. Digging into it properly changed the way I saw job applications completely. It's not a magic trick, but it's about as close to foolproof as you'll get for putting yourself in front of an employer the right way.

The $30 deposit is what books your spot and lets me start work. It's a small amount on purpose — enough that I know you're serious, small enough that you're not handing over a big sum to someone you haven't worked with yet. It comes straight off your final total, so it isn't an extra charge. You only pay the rest once your documents are ready and you've seen what you're getting.
I use AI as a tool, not to do the job for me. Everything's built from your own answers in the questionnaire, and I check and edit it all myself before it goes near you. You get a say in how your info is used too — no AI, AI with your name taken out, or AI once I've explained it to you. That's part of your customer agreement.
A resume straight out of an AI tool usually reads pretty generic, and sometimes has stuff on it that isn't even true. Mine come from what you actually tell me — your real work, tickets, licences and experience, written plainly and aimed at the exact job you're going for. Nothing's made up, and I read over every line myself before you get it.
